Our Policies
Our policies are very straight-forward:
- We only host opt-in lists. This means anyone receiving your list
messages must have specifically asked to be added to your list. For
interpretations of this, please see our Terms
of Service.
- Double Opt-in or Welcome Message. We do not make double opt-in
mandatory. We are very vigilant about enforcing our Terms of Service so the
problems we have are few and far between. However, if you prefer not to
verify new subscribers, you must have a welcome message configured for your
list that new subscribers will receive.
- Account Status. Once your account has been set-up, you will be
invoiced 30 days before your renewal date. If payment has not been received
by your due date, late payment charges will be applicable. If payment has
not been received by 45 days, your list will immediately be closed and you
will not have access to your subscriber list until payment has been
received.
- Privacy Policy. We maintain a very high standard with respect to
privacy concerns. Please view our privacy
policy at your leisure. We expect the same from our clients. We reserve
the right to terminate your account if we are ever notified that you are not
following your own published privacy policy or if you do not have one in
place.
